Alisha M. Louie is an associate in the litigation department where she practices civil litigation in both state and federal court. Ms. Louie has represented a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and private individuals. She has handled matters involving employment, real estate, intellectual property, and securities issues, as well as general business disputes.

Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft LLP, Ms. Louie was an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Greenberg Traurig LLP.
