Erin Dominguez concentrates her practice on family law. Her practice includes representation of spouses and domestic partners on a range of family law issues, including: dissolutions involving complex property division and child and spousal support; parentage and custody actions; adoptions; and negotiating and drafting pre- and post-marital agreements.
Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, Ms. Dominguez practiced general commercial litigation at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in San Francisco. While in law school, Ms. Dominguez clerked at the National Center for Lesbian Rights and externed for Judge Donald Sullivan of the Unified Family Court of San Francisco. Ms. Dominguez also served as an Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.
Ms. Dominguez is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Lesbian Rights, a national legal organization committed to advancing the civil and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their families through litigation, public policy advocacy, and public education.
Ms. Dominguez is a also member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of California and the Family Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
