Robert Leberman concentrates his practice on legal counseling to corporations and other business entities at virtually every stage, from formation, organization and financing to mergers, acquisitions and dissolution. Over the years, he has developed an expertise in providing advice on fiduciary relationships among shareholders, directors, managers, trustees, beneficiaries and partners.
Mr. Leberman counsels large multi-national corporations, start-ups and many non-profit and social service organizations, including those dedicated to providing housing for lowincome individuals and veterans. Additionally, he serves as fiduciary counsel to private trusts regarding administration, investment and tax-related issues. He brings the experience of a litigator to his counseling of business transactions.
Mr. Leberman served as president of the Board of Trustees of the College Preparatory School in Oakland, California. He continues to provide legal advice to non-profit organizations, particularly those involved in low income housing.
