This comprehensive, one-day program will provide in-depth information concerning the
complex issues that arise in connection with criminal enforcement of intellectual property
rights. The program consists of five panels whose members are key government insiders,
policy makers, assistant U.S. attorneys, defense counsel, trade group leaders, and rights
holders. Panel topics focus on current issues, trends, legal strategies, private industry case
development and criminal referral, parallel proceedings and ethical issues in intellectual
property enforcement.
