Anti-Human Trafficking Compliance

Share

Legal requirements found in the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and in the Executive Order Strengthening Protections Against Trafficking in Persons in Federal Contracts impose compliance and third-party due diligence obligations on companies subject to those laws. We have an experienced team of attorneys ready to advise clients on how to best ensure compliance with existing anti-human trafficking requirements. Among other things, we conduct analysis of company’s supply chain risks, devise steps to reduce or eliminate such risks, revise policies and processes, provide training, and conduct due diligence on potential and existing transaction partners.
