Andrea S. Cristiani is an associate in the Brand Integrity and Innovation Group, and in the Business and Intellectual Property practice groups. Her practice focuses on all aspects of brand protection, including: trademark counseling, trademark clearance, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement. Ms. Cristiani joined Sideman & Bancroft as an intern in the Intellectual Property group in 2020. Ms. Cristiani earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, Ms. Cristiani participated in the Startup Legal Garage program where she advised early-stage companies on intellectual property and privacy issues. Ms. Cristiani also served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Communications & Entertainment Law Journal (CommEnt), and received CALI Awards in Legal Research and Writing and Trademark Law.
Andrea was named “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2023.
