Arthur Minasyan is an associate in the Brand Integrity and Innovation Group, the Litigation and Appeals group, and the Intellectual Property group. Mr. Minasyan has a wide array of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Socrates P. Manoukian in Santa Clara County Superior Court. Following his clerkship, Mr. Minasyan worked as an associate attorney in a civil litigation firm handling all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Minasyan obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, he participated in three Honors Moot Court Competitions, including the Internal Appellate Competition and the External ABA Negotiation Competition. Mr. Minasyan also participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Appellate Competition, where he argued a trademark infringement appeal at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. As a third year law student, Mr. Minasyan also served on the student board for both internal and external Honors Moot Court Competitions.
Additionally, Mr. Minasyan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in European law. During his undergraduate years, Mr. Minasyan also became a certified translator in the Russian language. Besides Russian, Mr. Minasyan has fundamental proficiency in Spanish and Armenian.
