Natacha Kolb is a partner in the Estate Planning and Tax groups. She represents high-net-worth families and individuals in estate planning and administration, business succession planning and philanthropic planning, and advises non-profit and charitable clients. Ms. Kolb is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
Ms. Kolb assists tax-exempt organizations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation. She also has experience in trust litigation and in drafting and negotiating premarital agreements. Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, Ms. Kolb was a director at Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty in Napa and, prior to that, worked in the San Francisco offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Cooley LLP in their estate planning groups. She has also worked in the San Francisco office of WTAS, a national accounting firm.
Ms. Kolb is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association and American Bar Association. Ms. Kolb presents on estate planning issues to financial firms and groups throughout the Bay Area.
Ms. Kolb is fluent in French.
