Saloni Mathur

Biography

Saloni Mathur is an associate in the Corporate Group and Brand Integrity and Innovation Group. Her practice focuses on financing and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as all aspects of brand protection, including trademark clearance and prosecution. Ms. Mathur works hard to understand her clients’ goals and motivations and leverages that understanding with her legal skills to truly partner with her clients.

Ms. Mathur earned her law degree from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, she participated in the Start-Up Ventures and Community Enterprise Clinics, where she advised clients on a myriad of intellectual property and business issues. During her 3L year, Ms. Mathur was the recipient of Duke Clinical Programs’ Intellectual Property Award. She was also president of the South Asian Law Students Association and a member of the Duke Law Women of Color Collective.

Ms. Mathur speaks fluent Hindi and enjoys reading, traveling, watching Bollywood films, and spending time with her family and friends.
