Biography

Brittany Nobles brings a diverse background of experience in IP law and the arts, offering thoughtful and strategic counsel to clients navigating nuanced legal challenges. Ms. Nobles leverages significant investigation, enforcement, and litigation experience over a wide range of intellectual property issues and industries.

Outside of litigation, Ms. Nobles represents clients seeking to develop and protect their intellectual property, advising individual, business, and museum clients at the intersection of art, technology, and commerce. Her experience includes: copyright and trademark prosecution; transactional matters covering licensing, transfers, and assignments of intellectual property; portfolio strategy and development; and protection of clients’ rights in creative and business endeavors from historical house restorations to matters involving collections of art and memorabilia, and vintage and rare automobiles.

Ms. Nobles is committed to supporting emerging professionals and underserved communities. She coaches high school students on St. Thomas during the annual Virgin Islands Bar Association Moot Court Competition, is a Founding Board Member of Filipino Lawyers of Orange County, and serves her local community on the Board of the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center.

She is currently completing her A.L.M. in Museum Studies at Harvard Extension School. During law school, Ms. Nobles completed coursework with Sotheby’s Institute of Art in International Law and Art Business and interned with the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. Brittany earned her B.A. in History of Art and Visual Culture with a Concentration in Religion and Visual Culture, and in Politics, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she also studied multiple languages, including Arabic and Biblical Hebrew.
