Sideman & Bancroft welcomes Margaret A. Zywicz, of Counsel, to the Estate Planning Group.
Margaret Zywicz concentrates her practice on all aspects of estate and trust administration, representing trustees, executors and beneficiaries. Her practice also includes counseling clients on estate planning to ensure that clients’ goals for themselves, their families and philanthropy are achieved.
Immediately prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, Ms. Zywicz administered large complex trusts and estates for corporate fiduciaries. Before working in the corporate fiduciary field, she did charitable planning and estate planning work at non-profit organizations and law firms in the Bay Area.
