Mr. Alinder focuses his practice on high-stakes business and intellectual property litigation involving copyright, trademark, trade secret, computer fraud, cryptocurrency, unfair competition, counterfeiting, and intellectual property theft matters. He also regularly advises companies on a wide range of pre-litigation and non-litigation brand protection, copyright, and trademark issues.
Established in 2005, Lexology Client Choice recognizes law firms and partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service. The criteria for recognition “focus on an ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond the other players in the market,” according to Lexology. This is the second time since 2018 that Mr. Alinder has earned the recognition from Lexology. He also earned recognition for his work in the 2021 edition of WTR 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals for trademark enforcement and litigation. Mr. Alinder is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and recently finished a term on the Executive Committee for the Civil Litigation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
