Overview

Our Employee Benefits Group specializes in advising individuals and businesses on a wide range of employee benefit matters.  We assist clients with decisions regarding retirement, compensation and health benefit planning and provide creative solutions to difficult problems related to ERISA compliance, controlled and affiliated service group determinations, fiduciary liability, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory agency correction programs and prohibited transactions.
