Biography

Adrianna Garcia is an associate attorney in the Brand Integrity and Innovation Group, Advertising, Marketing, and Entertainment Group, and the Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of brand protection including trademark counseling, trademark clearance, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement.

Ms. Garcia joined Sideman & Bancroft as an intern in the Brand Integrity and Innovation Group in 2023. She earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and received specialization certificates in Business Law and Public Interest Law. She received CALI Awards in Criminal Law and Legal Research and Writing. Before and during law school, Ms. Garcia honed her legal and marketing skills at companies such as Sephora, The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., and Snap Inc. She also served as Vice President of Marketing & Branding for the Blockchain & the Law Society and as Social Media Coordinator for the Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF). Ms. Garcia received her B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
