Sideman & Bancroft ranked 8th among firms with 100 or fewer attorneys, earning a pipeline score of +7.7, well above the industry benchmark. The ranking reflects the firm’s exceptional representation of women across all levels of seniority, including 50% of equity partners and 100% of its “other attorneys” category.

Leading the Way as a Women-Owned Firm

As one of the largest women-owned law firms in the United States, Sideman & Bancroft continues to set the standard for equity in leadership. Women comprise a majority of the firm’s ownership and play key roles in shaping firm strategy through the Executive Committee and practice leadership.

The firm is certified as a Women Business Enterprise through Supplier Clearinghouse, and is an active member of both the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and ChIPs, a global organization dedicated to advancing women in technology, law, and policy.

Commitment Beyond the Numbers

Law360’s report highlights that only about 12% of participating firms nationwide met or exceeded its pipeline benchmarks for women attorneys. Sideman & Bancroft’s placement underscores its long-standing commitment to building a truly inclusive environment where women lawyers can thrive and lead.

About the Report
