Ms. Martinet examines FOX v. TVEyes, a new US decision further widening the legal doctrine of fair use, Sandy Routt v. Amazon, a decision from the 9th Circuit examining the liability of Amazon for  infringement committed by its associate sellers,  and Technische Universität Darmstadt v. Eugen Ulmer KG, a landmark EU case involving the scope of the research and private study copyright exception.
