Beatrice Martinet contributes the France country page to the World Intermediary Liability Map Project at The Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School
The World Intermediary Liability Map (WILMap) is an online resource informing Internet intermediaries, right holders and the public at large about evolving Internet regulation affecting freedom of expression and user rights worldwide. Specifically, the WILmap offers an extensive analysis of the degree of liability of search engines, online marketplaces, social media and other Internet intermediaries for third party content at a global level.
CIS, in collaboration with an amazing team of contributors from around the world, built this detailed English-language resource comprised of international case law, statutes, and proposed laws related to intermediary liability.
Use this WILMap to learn about intermediary liability regimes worldwide, and to assess your rights and liability in the online world.
