Share

This panel will explore how return on investment (ROI) for brand protection (BP) efforts can best mesh with the calculation of shareholder value and profitability. A representative of a major manufacturer will describe the approach they use for this important measure. In addition, both the IACC Product Security Advisory Group and Michigan State University’s Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection (A-CAPP) will explain the methods they are employing to better understand the issues associated with calculating ROI. The panel will conclude with a facilitated discussion that will provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and to share their insight regarding best practices and the most effective techniques that brand professionals employ to communicate with key BP stakeholders, the C-suite and shareholders about ROI.
