Qian Jin of Nanjin, China, is allegedly scooping up website domains and trademarks as Thomas Edison might have done if he were alive today. The problem is, Jin’s big idea, if you can call it that, isn’t a better telegraph or a new lightbulb, his idea is to steal traffic from popular websites like Foursquare, Twitter, and Pinterest, presumably to hold the rights hostage.
