Sideman & Bancroft welcomes Paige Voorhees to our Estate Planning and Administration Group.
Paige is experienced in advising individuals and families on matters ranging from estate planning and premarital planning to wealth transfer, business succession, philanthropy, property tax planning, trust administration, and probate needs.
Paige brings a wealth of experience to our firm, having successfully structured and drafted a variety of trusts, including intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and charitable trusts. Her expertise extends to the meticulous funding of these trusts with diverse assets such as real estate, privately held business interests, marketable securities, private equity interests, cryptocurrency, and more.
Before joining our team, Paige made significant contributions as an estate planning attorney with Perkins Coie LLP in San Francisco. Paige has been actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Urban Compassion Project, a Bay Area-based nonprofit, since January 2022.
