Ms. Price will discuss both federal and California case law developments and legislation, including relevant updates on estate and gift tax changes resulting from the federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act signed into law on December 22, 2017. She will also discuss more local updates such as Judicial Council Form changes and State Board of Equalization/Assessor changes regarding real property.
