SAN FRANCISCO/WASHINGTON, D.C. — September 2026 — Sideman & Bancroft LLP congratulates Marissa Bostick as she begins her new role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the National Retail Federation (NRF).
Marissa joined Sideman & Bancroft in 2025 as the inaugural partner and leader of the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office, helping establish an important new presence for the Firm while strengthening its capabilities in global brand protection and enforcement strategies.
During her 15 months with Sideman & Bancroft, Marissa made a significant impact on both the Firm and its Brand Integrity and Innovation Group (BIIG). Her strategic vision, extensive experience and collaborative approach helped create new opportunities for the Firm and further advance its brand protection and litigation capabilities.

Marissa’s move to NRF builds upon a career spanning the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Sideman & Bancroft, she was a founding member and Deputy Director of Amazon’s Counterfeit Crimes Unit, where she led global litigation efforts involving brand protection and counterfeit enforcement. She previously served as Global Head of Litigation for the Motion Picture Association and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
