Sideman & Bancroft is pleased to announce Wendy Greenberg has joined the firm’s Estate Planning group as counsel. She will be based in San Francisco.
Ms. Greenberg focuses her practice on estate planning and trust administration. She has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on tax analysis and gift and estate tax return preparation, as well as an extensive background in guiding fiduciaries through all aspects of probate and trust administration.
“Wendy’s analytical expertise combined with her nuanced understanding of the roles and responsibilities necessary to foster successful family wealth planning will be an incredible asset for our clients,” said Estate Planning Partner Ellen Kahn. “We’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Ms. Greenberg earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both California and New York and is a member of the California Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, and the Marin County Estate Planning Council.
