Sideman & Bancroft LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Brittany M. Nobles to Counsel. Britt is a member of the firm’s Brand Integrity and Innovation Group, where she advises clients on a range of intellectual property matters.

Britt’s practice includes investigation, enforcement, and litigation across a variety of intellectual property issues and industries. She also advises clients on the development and protection of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright matters and related transactions.
Her background in both intellectual property law and the arts informs her work with clients operating at the intersection of creative and commercial industries, extending to niche spaces involving museums and those with whom they engage.
Britt is active in her community and professional organizations, including serving as a moot court coach to high school students in the U.S. Virgin Islands, a Board Member of the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center, and a founding board member of Filipino Lawyers of Orange County.
She is currently completing her A.L.M. in Museum Studies at Harvard Extension School.
