Sideman & Bancroft LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Andrew Levad to Counsel. Andrew is a member of the firm’s Brand Integrity and Innovation Group, where he focuses on intellectual property and technology disputes.

Andrew represents clients in a range of intellectual property matters, including disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents. His experience includes litigation in federal and state courts, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He also prosecutes trademarks and manages global trademark portfolios.
He has advised clients across a variety of industries, including technology, consumer products, and life sciences, and brings a multidisciplinary perspective informed by his background in both science and the arts.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was of counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and an associate at Reed Smith LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
