We are pleased to welcome Rachel Li as the newest associate at Sideman & Bancroft LLP, where she joins our Business practice group. Rachel will work alongside Partner Alisa Won, supporting clients through every stage of growth—from early funding rounds to successful exits.
Rachel brings experience advising beauty, personal care, and wellness brands as their trusted business counsel. Her work spans a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on guiding companies through financings, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, Rachel was an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin Procter LLP. She earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she was an editor for both the UC Davis Law Review and Business Law Journal, and served as the Professional Development Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). Rachel also holds a B.S. from Tulane University, and while in law school, she gained in-house experience as a legal intern at Robinhood Markets, a leading fintech platform.
