Sideman & Bancroft’s Family Law and Estate Planning Practices, Partners Recognized in the 2019 Chambers High Net Worth Guide

Chambers and Partners has once again recognized Sideman & Bancroft’s Estate Planning and Family Law practices as well as four of the firm’s attorneys in the its annual High Net Worth (HNW) guide. This is the third consecutive year Sideman & Bancroft has been included in the Chambers HNW Guide, which ranks the top lawyers and law firms for international private wealth.

The firm was ranked Band 2 in the Private Wealth Law (Northern California) and Band 3 in Family/Matrimonial Law: High Net Worth (California). Additionally, Ellen Kahn and Hilary Pierce received Band 2 rankings in Private Wealth Law (Northern California). Diana Richmond was ranked Band 2 and Monica Mazzei Band 4 in Family/Matrimonial Law: High Net Worth (California).

Sideman & Bancroft’s Estate Planning Group is composed of partner-level attorneys with a breadth of knowledge and experience gained through close to 100 years of law practice. Recognized in the HNW guide for being “a best of the best firm that consistently provides a high level of professional expertise that ultra-affluent clients are accustomed to and expect,” another source added that Sideman & Bancroft is “one of the most important estate planning firms in the Bay Area.” Estate Planning Partner Ellen Kahn is observed to be amazingly competent” and a “go-to attorney in San Francisco,” while a source describes Partner Hilary Pierce as “very diligent in making sure her client is represented appropriately.”
