Andrew brings a wealth of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent laws, and he has a proven track record of successfully representing a diverse clientele, ranging from innovative startups to tech titans based in Silicon Valley, in intricate IP disputes.
His career in the realm of intellectual property has seen him handling a wide spectrum of cases, spanning federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Additionally, he has overseen global trademark portfolios and played a pivotal role in prosecuting trademarks across a wide array of sectors, including artificial intelligence technologies, blockchain innovations, food and beverage, biotechnology, computer hardware and software, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
Prior to joining our team at Sideman & Bancroft, Andrew held the position of counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and had previously served as an associate at Reed Smith LLP.
