Sideman & Bancroft is pleased to welcome Kendra Ervin as a Partner and the new head of our Washington, D.C. office. Kendra joins our Brand Integrity and Innovation Group (BIIG), bringing extensive experience in intellectual property enforcement, investigations, litigation, and government service.
Kendra most recently served as Vice President and Head of Global Litigation and Enforcement at IP House, a global investigations company focused on intellectual property investigations and enforcement.
Prior to IP House, Kendra spent 14 years as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS), where she prosecuted complex intellectual property crimes and rose to the position of Deputy Chief. Her work included sophisticated domestic and international intellectual property investigations and enforcement matters.
Earlier in her career, Kendra practiced at Williams & Connolly, where her work included patent litigation, and served as a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
